Terms of purchase
These terms apply to purchases from securekeybj, operated under the name securekeybj in Afghanistan.
Products and pricing
The contents, formats, requirements, and scope are stated on each product page. Prices are in US dollars, payable once. The displayed purchase total is the amount charged. No ongoing support, hosting, subscription, custom development, or future feature updates are included unless expressly stated.
Payment and digital delivery
Payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. An order is fulfilled after payment is confirmed. By choosing immediate delivery, you request supply of the digital content after payment. Where the law permits, your change-of-mind cancellation right ends when that supply begins following your express consent. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
Your license
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive license to use and modify the files in your own and client projects, including commercial projects. You may deliver adapted materials as part of a client project. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original resources as standalone downloads, competing templates, or a public source collection. Copyright ownership is retained by securekeybj. The full license accompanies the download.
Practical limits
Templates require adaptation to your business. Code requires the environment stated on the product page. Guides are general planning resources. We do not promise a particular revenue, search ranking, security certification, or business result.
Issues and consumer rights
See the refund policy for help with defects, duplicate charges, and download problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
