How do the mystery boxes work?
Each box is a curated digital edition with guaranteed file types and counts listed on the product page. Every buyer receives the same Edition 01; the surprise is its themes and copy. It is not a random prize draw. Open the included README for the complete file list and usage guide.
What exactly am I buying?
Editable digital files. Code products include source and a browser demo. Templates and planning kits include Markdown documents and CSV worksheets. Each product page lists the exact contents and requirements. No physical items are shipped.
How are the files delivered?
After Stripe confirms payment, return to the private order page to download your ZIP files. Save that page’s address privately and keep a local backup. Individual download links last 24 hours; the order page can issue fresh links while the purchase is valid. This shop does not email download links.
Which apps do I need?
ZIP archives open with standard archive tools. Markdown opens in any text editor, and CSV opens in spreadsheet software. HTML/CSS/JavaScript products need a modern browser; installing them on your website requires access to its source and basic web development knowledge.
Does the FAQ widget use AI or live chat?
The FAQ widget displays answers that you configure. It does not connect to an AI model or a live agent, and it has no external API subscription.
Can I use the files for a client?
Yes. You may use and adapt the resources in your own and client projects, including commercial work. You may not redistribute the original files as standalone downloads or competing template products.
What is in the Website Essentials Bundle?
These six essentials: FAQ Chat Widget, Support Reply Library, Website Launch Kit, Pricing Sections UI Kit, Content Planning Kit, and Customer Email Kit. The bundle includes the same versions sold separately. Adding the bundle replaces those six individual items in your bag to avoid paying for the same files twice. Premium products and mystery boxes are sold separately.
Is there a subscription or an account?
No. These are one-time purchases without a customer account. Hosting, custom installation, an email sending service, ongoing updates, and done-for-you development are not included.
How do payments work?
When checkout is enabled, card payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. The storefront does not store card numbers. Prices are in US dollars; the displayed total includes any applicable taxes and there are no shipping charges.
What if I lose my private order link?
Contact support with the order reference or the purchase information shown on your Stripe receipt, if one was issued. We will need to verify the purchase before helping with access. Never send full card details or passwords.
What if a file is damaged or different from its description?
Contact support with the product name, order reference, and what went wrong. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate correction or remedy. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
