Information we use
Stripe collects payment and billing information on its hosted checkout. This shop does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. We store an order reference, purchased product identifiers, total, payment status, consent record, and relevant payment references to fulfill purchases and handle payment events. We do not store a customer account password.
If you contact support, the information in your message is used to respond. Server and Cloudflare request logs may contain network addresses, request times, and technical information used for security and troubleshooting. Order and download routes are configured to avoid logging private download links at the origin.
Why we use this information
Order information is used to perform the purchase contract and provide downloads. Security information helps protect the service and investigate misuse. Records may also be kept to meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell customer information or use order records for advertising.
Browser storage
The shopping bag uses your browser’s local storage to remember product selections on that device. It does not track you across websites. You can clear it in your browser settings. This storefront does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments, and Cloudflare provides traffic routing and security. The website runs on our hosting provider’s server. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their processing locations may differ from your country.
Retention and rights
Order records are retained while needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to contact a supervisory authority.
